Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING:

Methods of Shipping: USPS for smaller items, FedEx for skis and other large items. Orders over $100 qualify for free US shipping.

 Expedited Shipments: must be placed before 1pm MST in order to leave same day.

 Canada: FedEx International (5-7 business days).

 Rest of World: FedEx International (6-9 business days).

 In-Stock Products: Orders placed before 1pm MST will ship same day (excluding weekends) or the business day after you place your order. Items not in stock will ship 1 day after item becomes available.  

*Note that PHANTOM application or binding mount will add 1-2 days to shipping timeframe

Tracking: Will be emailed to you within 1 business day (excluding weekend orders) after you place your order if all items are in stock.  

Signature Required: No signature is required for delivery, so leave a note on the outside of your house if you want the shipper to leave in a specific place when you're not home. If you would prefer to have a signature required, please leave a comment with us on your order.

International Duties & Taxes: All paid DPS Skis. No additional taxes are due to carrier upon delivery.  

US State, County and Local Sales Tax: Charged in Utah, Colorado, and Washington.  

Lost or Stolen Packages

DPS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivered by our shipping partners. Please ensure your address is secure for delivery.


RETURNS:

At DPS, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We accept returns of our products in brand new condition within 30 days of purchase. (Skis must be unmounted.) Simply contact our customer service team at info@dpsskis.com, or fill out the form below to initiate the return process.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, any original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your peace of mind, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item once it's in the hands of the shipper.
